What kind of practise suits you the best?
Practicing sport is good for your body and for your mental. Nevertheless, depending on the exercise you choose, it will scuplt your curves and your muscles in a certain way.
If you want to lose weight, the better way to do it is to begin your workout session by a bodybuilding training. This will use your carbohydrate reserves, so that when you follow by an endurance routine, it will burn more fat. Nevertheless, remember that with this technique, you will have more difficulties to finish a long run because the fatigue will already be strong. In contrast, if your goal is to gain muscles, you will have to focus on the weight series and reduce the cardio exercises.
